Order Processing & Handling

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays).
Once your order has been processed, carefully packed, and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become active after dispatch.

Order Tracking

Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment.

If your package is confirmed lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund where applicable.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Voidric is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
